This is a must go-to Hardware store like no other. Can’t have friends or family visit without a trip to Placerville Hardware. As a “Local”, I can go to find the oddest, needed item and they don’t disappoint. Or, I can find just the right gift for anyone on my list. They are a, ‘True Value Hardware Store’ on steroids! Make sure to check out the ladders on wheels there to access years gone by of stuff you didn’t know you needed till you needed it. Gold panning equipment to screen and shovel repair to kitchen items galore. And pick up some Caramel as you check out. Take yourself or bring friends with you. You are bound to hear, “This place has so much to look at!” You won’t be disappointed.
